Par le biais de s\u00e9ances personnalis\u00e9es, je souhaite vous transmettre cette bienveillance. Mes cours vous offrent la possibilit\u00e9 de partager en toute convivialit\u00e9 sans jugements ni comp\u00e9tition, une exp\u00e9rience qui vous apportera relaxation et bien-\u00eatre. Chaque s\u00e9ance est personnalis\u00e9e et s\u2019adapte \u00e0 vos envies et besoins tant physiques que psychologiques. Mes cours sont ouverts et accessibles \u00e0 tous, peu importe l\u2019\u00e2ge et la condition physique, et ne n\u00e9cessitent aucune connaissance pr\u00e9alable. Cette passion s\u2019est concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, alors que je finissais mon parcours universitaire. Cherchant une profession me permettant d\u2019impacter positivement la vie des personnes autour de moi, j\u2019ai rapidement pris la d\u00e9cision de professionnaliser ma pratique du yoga afin de l\u2019enseigner. \u00c0 travers mes cours, j\u2019ai la chance d\u2019initier mes clients \u00e0 cet art qui m\u2019a permis d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une meilleure compr\u00e9hension et ma\u00eetrise de moi-m\u00eame.\u00a0<br \/>Au fil de mes \u00e9tudes et de mes voyages, j\u2019ai eu la chance de d\u00e9couvrir et de vivre dans de nombreux pays. Plusieurs variations des positions sont propos\u00e9es afin que tout le monde puisse participer \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re. L\u2019objectif est de d\u00e9velopper votre confiance et vous permettre d\u2019\u00e9veiller votre go\u00fbt pour le yoga.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Vinyasa<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Yoga Dynamique<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce type de yoga est compos\u00e9 d\u2019un encha\u00eenement plut\u00f4t rapide de mouvements. Les positions (asanas) sont combin\u00e9es dans le but d\u2019obtenir une posture pr\u00e9cise. Les poses (asanas) sont li\u00e9es entre elles dans une s\u00e9quence de mouvements fluides \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de votre corps gr\u00e2ce au travail du souffle (pranayama). Vous vous sentirez \u00e0 la fois \u00e9nergique et d\u00e9tendu, concentr\u00e9 et canalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>HATHA<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Yoga d\u2019Effort<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce type de yoga est focalis\u00e9 sur l\u2019effort et la force. Les postures (asanas) sont similaires au vinyasa avec cependant un rythme plus lent permettant de les tenir plus longtemps afin d\u2019obtenir un renforcement musculaire profond. Vous vous sentirez renforc\u00e9, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et endurant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>YIN<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Relaxation en profondeur<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce type de yoga combine des \u00e9tirements en profondeur \u00e0 un souffle (pranayama) lui aussi lent et profond. Le but est de cibler les tissus conjonctifs plut\u00f4t que les muscles afin de faciliter l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la souplesse du corps. Vous vous sentirez compl\u00e8tement relax\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la tenue plus longue des asanas (postures) vous apprenez au fur et \u00e0 mesure \u00e0 acc\u00e9der au calme.
